Detailed Product Description

Bi-Metallic Lugs are most useful where an aluminum cable has to beterminated by a copper bus bar or copper contact. If lugs of onlycopper or aluminum are used, a galvanic action occurs due to thedissimilar contact. The use of bimetallic lugs, thus ensures atechnically sound and durable joint.The aluminum barrel is frictionwelded to the copper palm thereby achieving the best possibletransition between barrel and palm.
